That's what he says on the camera thing.

He asked a couple times if I was recording and I said no. I removed my helmet and turned the camera off right after I got off my bike.
Maybe that's the cause for it all, or maybe he was riding like a lunatic, or the cop is a bad apple ... we just don't know.

All I can think of right now is the "don't talk to the police" thread.

Why did the officer feel that it was warranted to draw his weapon? I'd love to hear some justification for that.

More to the point, what was he going to do with it if the guy decided to run? Shoot him?

A 5 year felony for recording someone without their consent? I can see if it's a camera set up in a dressing room or something, but WTF???? So if I take my iPhone out, and record someone walking down the street, I just became a felon?

That's messed up.

Here's the full version

YouTube - pullover2

they showed up to his home with a warrant for his arrest for felony recording without consent from the other party. Maryland is a two-party consent state for audio recording

"Felony recording"?

May as well just light it up and run. Christ on a crutch.

still think he should have been pulled over but wtf....felony for recording. He's definately worried about the video getting out with his gun pulled. Total crock of crapola
