Not trying to stir the pot at all here. I've always like the Mosler. And big CONGRATS to the OP for his new purchase.
However, I have to wonder where all the kit car critics on this thread? Many of the same people who are highly complimentary of the Mosler are also incredibly critical of the Ultimate Aero. Is it just because it's a delivery thread and people are being congratulatory? Is there something different about the way the Mosler is built that somehow differentiates itself from something like the Ultimate Aero? Or is it purely an aesthetic thing?

That turned out to be quality. Mainly because there were a few tests conducted on the prototype cars, which didn't exhibit the same quality as the production cars.
If SSC got more tests of the production cars later it would have helped people realize this. So it has a false, bad reputation.
