That's seriously awesome! Thanks for sharing more pics! Really cool to see some of the inner workings.

Not trying to stir the pot at all here. I've always like the Mosler. And big CONGRATS to the OP for his new purchase.

However, I have to wonder where all the kit car critics on this thread? Many of the same people who are highly complimentary of the Mosler are also incredibly critical of the Ultimate Aero. Is it just because it's a delivery thread and people are being congratulatory? Is there something different about the way the Mosler is built that somehow differentiates itself from something like the Ultimate Aero? Or is it purely an aesthetic thing?

I definitely think the Mosler is far more "kit car-ish" than the SSC UA but the Mosler does have some racing pedigree going for it since there are quite a few of these cars racing and winning in the Euro FIA series.

This one was built by Mosler Europe.

Don't agree with the kit car comment. Mosler has been building cars for over 20 years. Finish and engineering is impressive.

Don't have anything against the SSC UA myself - it's a don't hate it/don't love it type thing, but like Alzilla said, this has a significant racing pedigree whereas SSC used to build Fieros with Ferrari badges on them. Their past will always haunt them I guess . . .

My comment about the Mosler being more of a kit car stems from the fact that in the US you can buy the chassis and the engine separately and build it yourself which, by definition, makes it a kit car. That being said, Mosler will build the car for you and I do believe they come with a legit VIN from the manufacturer, not to mention all of that racing heritage they have.

Didn't know they had a self build option in the US. Not something offered in Europe.

In fact, I can think of nothing I would like to drive less than a car I personally put together.
