Why is that? Because you use a weak excuse for a 'slam' while I'm arguing valid points? All the while you go all 'hypocritical' on me and say you drive an ASIAN car and have own P cars?

I am a car salesman. And I'm also a site sponser. Not to mention someone, if you took the time to 'educate' yourself- is a true car junky who is TRUTHFUL in what I do.

You said you were done with me two posts back. Keep your promise.

Again, one could argue the overall quality of the CTS-V compared to the European rivals but in the end, you get what you pay for. I think GM has done a fantastic job in extracting this kind of performance out of a heavy sedan/coupe, especially considering a limited budget for such a small target audience and in their current financial situation.

You can't really argue that the CTS-V is a great car for the money, both in terms of performance AND quality, but it's not for everyone. That's really all there is to it.
Good points, but some people are either to stupid, blind or biased to realize this....

The whole "I have an Asian car" so I know what they're like argument is dumb. It's the same argument as "I have a black friend" so I can't be racist. Insert *facepalm* here.

Hey, remember were talking about family sedans here not performance cars. I agree the Camry and Accord are pretty boring, but the Malibu IMO is a nice looking car for what it is. Most writers seem to agree....

And I mean you have a Mini in your avatar....far from a good looking car if you wanna get technical.

SINISTER you just chose to take my comments as a 'hatred for the domestics' and assumed what you did - and then took a jab at me. Not even bothering to ask what I actually felt or thought about certain cars. And as Alzilla points out the Panny and CTS-V were never to be grouped together or be target rivals.

No need for defensiveness with me.

So you compare owning a car and it's similar aspects to a black friend and racisim....wow.

Most writers also agree that the Cayman is the car of the year or just love it better then the 911.

But since THEY don't accurately represent the typical 'buyer' out there, they'd be wrong. People vote with their wallets. And *bingo* the Cayman is not a good seller at all. People either buy a 911 or a Boxster.

I'm not gonna argue man, I'm not the only one going by the two PM's I got, who thinks your comments are biased and such.

To each their own, you can like what you like I will like what I like.

Either way, it's cool, this is just the internet, sometimes we forget that.

You're not great at the whole "debate" thing aren't you. I mean besides trying to take personal jabs at different people you don't seem to have many solid points. If you could point me to a general area when I brought up "performance cars" that would be great. Also, I don't really care what some dude in a magazine says, maybe it's just me.

Everyone is biased in one way or another.

Why are Japanese and German cars so successful? Because their countries were turned upside down in the last century and everybody was forced to work at 100% hand-in-hand and produce the best quality product to their ability. Some communities of people have realized that failure is not an option and have worked to create successful entities... That's my biggest fear with government intervention, it delays the bleeding truth and true progress.
