^ ^ what the man says!

Cassette player, flashbacks to the 80 - 90´s. I still have my cassettes, but nothing to play them in

Not necessary to buy new foam for the seats unless its very very tired. It can be refurbed and lined with a layer of foam. I still strongly recommend re-upholstering to dying, There are MANY online companies that offer the leather covers already made. You just remove your old ones and install the new ones with a little bit of upholstery.

Hey guys, my concern with re-upholstering the seats is the fact that they won't get the OEM feel of the bolsters correct. However, I'll come to that decision when I start work on the interior. I have actually found a supplier that will provide OEM leather replacements for my seats, along with the tri-color pattern. Not worried on that front. I guess let's see where the road takes us.

Hey guys,

Been some time since I have posted any updates. Things are progressing, although somewhat slowly due to time constraints. As you guys know, the clutch assembly arrived last week so that prompted a visit to the workshop. The car was raised up on a lift and the entire exhaust system was removed. It looks more and more likely that I will be replacing it with an aftermarket unit. Any recommendations?

As of the most recent visit to the workshop, the following is a list of work conducted:

1) Sachs clutch assembly installed
2) New OEM transmission mounts installed
3) New central locking unit sourced
4) Left door arm (that holds the door in place when opened) fixed

Stay tuned for more!

The gents at the garage feel it would be better to completely replace the exhaust system, except for the OEM headers. I kind of wish that wasn't the case since that means more money needs to be spent, but let's see. I'll ask if the Race Back box is sufficient.

Pleasure's all mine man!

When researching exhaust systems out there, I checked out SuperSprint, and I also checked out Active Autowerke's model. Any feedback on that setup?
