I had a E60 as a daily driver for 4 years and no problems at all before the E60 I had the corvette that I DD for 2 years and other than performance it doesn't have anything else to enjoy, crappy plastic interior, squeeky sounds after 8 months of ownership IMO i'm never getting into an american make as a DD. Just keep simple bolt ons on the E60 and your good to go. In terms of reliability its a good car overall as DD only thing is check wear and tear of the clutch and flywheel as those two are the only things that will cost you, also oil consumption is high about a liter of oil every 3 weeks.. I say pull the trigger bro

The C5 interior did not age well, but the CTS-V is lightyears better. Caddy had to and did step their game up to compete with the Germans in terms of interior.
