Enjoy the M. Who was your BJJ instructor?
Truth. there is a ridiculous number of orders nationwide. the problem was too few allocations, complicated with two separate supplier issues. (4.2 FSI motor and Panoramic roof) both of these are well known on pretty much all the bigger Audi boards. nobody likes it, but many who signed up initially for the S5 either didn't like BMW's new styling themes, or wanted all wheel drive, or didn't want to drop 70K, or all three. it will get better now that the factory is not building B7 A4's, they should be able to ramp up the #'s a bit on the B8 chassis cars.

i don't know where they got the balls to put an "S" on that thing, it isn't very sporty...slow and understeers like no other. IMO, thats a ladies car. it looks good inside and out...but thats about it.
uhh, really? the ones I drove on the track at homestead sure weren't understeering. def. not slow, but a very different mission in life v. the M3. the S5 is classy and muscular. the M3 is racy and aggressive. it doesn't matter if something else is .4 sec. faster, b/c you looked good getting there.

sorry for getting OT. obviously I like the S5. back to our regular ///M programming

Good choice, Brian. I saw the two cars at United when picking up my wife's X5 from service. Unfortunately it was raining.

You'll have to let me drive it when it comes in...

Hope all is well.

Congrats Brian, M3 > S5 for sure. Sucks the Audi boys didn't have the decency you treat you correctly but in the end you'll be driving a nicer and better car. Looking forward to the pics!
