Finally took my RX7 to the mountains!
It was my first time driving mountain roads (I've lived mostly in FL), so I had a blast, can't wait to upgrade my suspension and come back for more!

upgraded Koyo radiator, greddy intercooler......water temps were not a concern.... on the way out there an intercooler hose coupler popped off though, that scared me for a few minutes until i realized it was just a tbolt clamp that slipped off, easy fix

I love those RX-7. A buddy of mine had one in High School and it was a blast. His was pretty modified and gave my M3 a fit.
While I wasn't the biggest fan of the power delivery of the car, I loved the low stance and go-kart like handling.
Great looking car and I'm glad to see you enjoying it.

yeah, i actually bought the car with the plan of an engine swap eventually. the rotary has been really good to me, i daily drive the hell out of it and its a trooper, but im not a fan of the sound, or having to rev the hell out of it all the time to feel torque.
i definitely have a lot more respect for it than before though, ive come to realize the majority of negative rotary stories out there are due to poor maintenance or inadequate tuning/modding.
