To the left of the screen the hood rod appears vaguely throughout the clip, hard to see but it is there. To be honest who cares if it uses a rod, it is still an amazing car, and I am glad Lexus at least went out of its way to create a supercar. The LFA is definitely one of my favorite supercars to date. If it was a limited-active production car, I wouldn't mind getting one. I just have to make the $400k first

The McLaren F1 was the first production road car to use a complete carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP) monocoque chassis structure. Why hate on plastic? There are so many unique things made of plastic... what would the world be without it?

That carbon fiber reinforced monocoque chassis on fire is more winning then the entire LF-A.

Been around a long time, kid. So don't take this offensively. If you haven't spent Porsche prices for anything, I suggest you do a little research. As for the vendor, there are some things better left unsaid, particularly if there is a financial interest in the members. Unfortunately, due to his stupid comment, he won't be earning any of my business.
