Exhaust system Debate for GTR R35 2011

Hello folks,

My brother has an incoming GTR coming from the U.S, I personally favour japanese brands that offer exhaust systems however I do like Akrapovic,Apexi,Amuse,Mines, HKS etc and he claims that the GTC exhaust system is his favourite.

What exhaust system do you recommend, its a stock car and it might be tuned later on.

Whats the best setup like race cats, long length headers, mufflers or straight pipes etc

many packages available to get you in the 600-650hp range.

switzer has a 580hp package that retains cats if emissions are a concern.

check this thread -> Available performance packages that retain the stock turbos at around 650 crank hp - NAGTROC - The Nissan GT-R Owners Club

What I want to retain is oem turbos, it would be a waste to take them out on a brand new car.

the consensus for 650hp is...

90mm exhaust
downpipe
midpipe
90mm intakes
750cc injectors
cobb accessport
actuators
