Just getting over the base work. Here's the week.
friday 1.5 hr run
sat 3 hr bike
sun 1 hr run
monday 3 hr bike
wed 1 hr run, 2 hr bike
thurs 3 hr bike
friday 1hr run
sat 2.15 high tempo bike
sun 2 hr. run
Each bike is finished with a 15 min t run
Sucks being 50. Every session gets harder. Once I get back from Spain in mid May, the volume goes way up.

IMUSA. Ironman No. 12 in the last 10 years.
I'm the worst ironman triathlete on the planet, but I train like crazy.

Btw, I forgot to post above but since watching Herschel walker in mma and hearing the quoted 700 pushups a day while I've been traveling I decided to do 200 a day of pushups and crunches. So far so good. Now that I'm home I'm doing it on top of my normal routine. I go off on tangents sometimes.
Jamie, ironman is tough! Worst in the world or not it puts you head and shoulder above what many accomplish.

I was motivated after I tried on the same sized jeans I wore in high school and they were a perfect fit at the mall this morning.
A healthy, balanced diet with lots of fruits, veggies, and lean protein. Although I do take a daily 1000% vitamin C supplement from about November - March when it drops under 60F.
Edit: must spread rep jamie - kickass training
