Glad you made it out to CF C Money. I agree with the other, go in on a pace you can handle at first, then work your way up to 5+ days a week.

the end of the workout today was the 'empty bar complex'. No weight, just bar. As many reps as you can crank out in 1:30, then :30 rest. there were two rounds, 5 exorcises each round. Got hard by the end.

Been doing various CF workouts in my garage for the last two weeks
doing my first real deal class manana.

Did three rounds of Man Makers yesterday and I can feel it today.

I took today off, as my back has been acting up lately. I think tomorrow will be a great day for a Filthy Fifty... Details to come.

Anyone do KettleBell's? I just bought one and started doing the basic Kettlebell swings.

Do they live up to the hype?

Shoulder + leggs today!
Awsome workout - i could not fit my leggs in the jeans afterwards so had to go home in my camo shorts

Kicking things up for real next week with diet + 6day/week workout regim
