just don`t go overboard with all the supp stuff

most of it has more of an effect to the size of your wallet than on the workout related aims

oh and just on a side note

all the so called "cutting edge" stuff is BS anyway...you could then as well get the "real deal" and get away healthier and with less unexpected side effects

I've tried all of them. No Xplode works the best next to Jack3d for me.

SoCal is an unknown quantity at this point
I prefer plain black coffee. Does just as well as any of that other shit that is so "revolutionary."

Bottom line is that we should stick with what works best for each of us. What may work for me may not work for others and so forth.

I realised a couple of years ago that NOTHING gives you better results than a good diet plan.. reason I use jack3d is because after 9 hours at work I need something to give me the energy to work-out..

This. I've got energy all day from eating almost exclusively whole foods, mostly grains, veggies and fruits. No need for any stimulants at any time of the day.

Last night I ate closer to how I used to. Not super unhealthy, a huge portion of halibut, rice, some smoked salmon, a little sausage and chicken kebab and 3 beers over 3 hours. Guess what? Woke up today to my alarm and I'm a little tired and drained. Ugh, food hangover.

It's true that you gotta find what works for you, I'm working it out still but I think a lot of our problems can be solved with the right food!

Changed it up today.

Bought some ISO 100 protein, more Myofusion Probiotic Protein, and the new Cellucor NO ZERO.

Also I hit a new max on bench. Laddered up to 265, where I knocked out two reps, and unfortunately think I over extended when coming down to my chest... Rotator cuff has been hurting like a motherfvcker ever since.
