well,..I don`t consume soy products but don`t necessarily believe into it having bad influence on the hormone system in a male body

5 weeks today (Tue Apr 24), below 85kg pwo for the first time. good pace. last 3 times in the gym i would always be under 86 pwo so there was consistency and i was forcing fats (nuts) and bit of sugars to make sure i was compensating the water loss.
today was the 1st day that i was under 86 upon waking
topped only by the reading pwo
will keep dieting as is, but not sure what i want to do with my wo yet. i will allow a week to make sure i am "below 85" by weighing after eating and then try on some jeans and tshirts. i like what the mirror is telling me, but my point of reference is the clothes i have since i was 74kg
it's been fun, and i have already decided that my first huge really REALLY bad cheat DAY (fvck cheat MEALS!) will be celebrated at chili's
texas fries, nachos, skillet queso, wings, and a burger probably with french fries AND mashed potatoes.. YEEEEEEES
edit: this cheat day shall not occur until i am below 80.0kg pwo

haha you're right that's probably true, at the time i wrote that i still hadn't eaten so now i think i will SHARE all that instead of eating it all alone 
seriously though this spell has been most advantageous because i learned my way around preparing food and most importantly have the foresight to always have something ready to be fired up or prepped in less than 15 mins
i will settle for 25oz of pinkberry frozen yogurt as a treat when i hit 80.0kg
