participants taking 200, 400 or 800 mg of caffeine an hour before resistance exercise experienced increases in testosterone
I'd suggest just having a strong cup of black coffee before working out - it's a hell of a lot cheaper than Hydroxycut and only has a single ingredient - coffee! Plus, coffee has antioxidants and other health benefits too.

Lately my bench has been struggling. Don't understand why. I was working with 185lbs on my flat. Doing 3 sets of 10. Last week, during my second set I had felt fine, until I was throwing it up for the 10th rep. It was stuck on my chest! So annoying. I'm not sure if it was a good thing or a bad thing that the gym was empty that day. A guy runs over and is like " Don't worry I'm coming!!". I was like "It's ok, it's not crushing me. I'm perfectly fine, well... except for the fact that I can't lift this up."
I did a third set of 6.
I figured it just had something to do with being tired....
Anyways, yesterday when I did chest again, I was hesitant to try it again, so I worked out with 175lbs instead. Got through the first two sets fine, and then rather a third set of 10, I did two more sets of 5... I know it's normal to plateau, but does anyone ever see their strength go down all of a sudden?

Yes, I have that problem when my diet and sleep have been off for a few days. If you are plateauing, do something different. Change from a flat bench with barbell, to a flat bench with heavy dumbbells, or do some high-rep flat flys. You could also try working a couple of hundred diamond pushups into your routine. Just some ideas.

Reviving this thread...
Just completed my first workout since getting back to Iraq. I did a CF triplet, consisting of 3 exercises in a prescribed time...
The exercises:
44# kettlebell SDHP(sumo deadlift high pull) x 15
24" box jumps x 10
Burpees (squat thrust w/a pushup in the middle) x 10
Time:
8 minutes AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
I completed 5 rounds plus the SDHP's, and 6 of the box jumps through the 6th round.
