That's still a pushup.

I think he's saying it's more explosive just to get your chest high enough to get your feet under vs. a full pushup.

BTW-What are you doing on TS, shouldn't you be on your way to the mountain?

You know me too well. Skiing is tomorrow with a bunch of friends. Today I've got a photo shoot with four models. Should be fun, I think. One of them is a serious fitness fanatic so at least it's related to this thread.

I looked at the board at my Crossfit gym to see what the average reps for that 7 minute AMRAP burpee WOD. The top was 106 and the average was about 80. Ugh!

Correct. There is maybe 1/4 pushup involved, far from what I would call a pushup.

Today, wanted to see if my low back was ok.

Smith squats: worked up to 185x3 for working weight just below parallel. No issues so I can up it next time.

The rest was machines for quads and hams.

**** yeah! I just hit 200 reps in under 10 minutes on my 35lb KB overhead workout. 9:29 to be specific. Like a minute after I couldn't get my arms overhead, lol!

I alternated these songs:

LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem (2011 New Year's Rockin Eve) HD 720p - YouTube

LMFAO - Sexy and I Know It Official Video - YouTube

^^Nice job, Steve. I hate KB which probably makes it even more challenging and worth doing. The only things that I love doing are the easy ones but then that kind of defeats the purpose.

As for your song choices...those guys crack me up. LMFAO!
