saw this today and couldn't help post it (sorry mods if this is misplaced)...

there's a reason why drivers that live in 3rd world countries have unusually good reflexes when it comes to avoiding unexpected road hazards...

It isn't just third world countries. Many developed parts of Europe and Asia have very similar road conditions. Lots of unexpected lane changes, obstacles, and aggressive driving. This is especially true in Italy and Spain!
