Doubles sided automotive tape is some strong s**t. I bet those dive planes could not be pulled off easily. Probably 3M

TYE is an unknown quantity at this point
I have the dive planes as well secured with just the double sided tape. They don't move at all. You can pull on them and the bumper flexes rather then the tape giving way. I've had numerous runs above 120 with them and no issues at all
