Fabspeed 997 GT3 Center Muffler Bypass
Hello Everyone,
I wanted to share with you a new product that we are offering for the 997.1 and 997.2 GT3 and GT3 RS. It is widely known as the single best mod for this car... the center muffler bypass. We are well aware that the market is pretty saturated by a few other manufacturers, but we wanted to offer a slightly different design at a significantly lower price. The initial offering price is $1295 (including tips).
This item is a direct replacement for the factory center muffler. It increases sound and reduces weight. The primary side mufflers and valves are untouched, therefore your sport mode will still work the way it was intended to. They come complete with new, larger bolt-on tips in polished stainless steel (or we can have them powder coated in black to match your factory look). These pipes were designed, tested and are manufactured in house.
If there is enough interest in titanium tips, we may be able to offer an upgrade for an additional $200-$300.
I personally tested the first one we made on a 2010 GT3 owned by a good friend of mine. In addition to the muffler bypass pipe, we also installed our competition air intake. The sound is phenomenal! You can get both items for roughly the same price as our competitors bypass alone!
Please let me know if you have any questions or if you would like to order one. Also, if you have any suggestions for new products or possible group buy opportunities for this coming year, please feel free to ask.

Does the competition intake add any hp, or is it just for sound?
Have you experienced any problem with it? I know intake can cause problem with the MAF.
the bypass looks good and its a great price, a must have if you own a GT3!
