I fully support that. Everyone should get their mullet on with some good old American muscle. TT 'vette

Okay then, we have some level of consensus then that the sequential shifter does not belong in 4.0. I get that. As for the cup car questions, I can't really swing that for several reasons:

1. I don't have room for a trailer where I live
2. Even if I did, I would only want to get either the 4.0 or the cup, I think 4.0 to me is a better value because I will be using the 4.0 for commuting several times a month, at least.
3. If I could in fact swing the cup and 4.0, I would add a couple hundred and just get the 918 spyder. I love that car but the price point is just stupid out of my reach.
4. As I said before, I will probably get a GTR or vette as well (and keep the M5 forever, love the v10).

Hope this answers the questions. I appreciate the feedback you guys have provided and it has helped me choose the stock shiting setup atleast for the first year or so. We'll see how it goes later.

Haha, as long as you can assure me I won't get banned afterwards

I have a two pack belly, one consisting of most of my belly and second acting to cover things with layers of fat. It will be a ghastly sight, but in the name of scientific discovery and my innate desire to find out your opinion, I will make this personal sacrifice and post it.

Hahaha, that was a close shave lui.

By the way, for some reason I thought you meant Porsche North America when you said PNS. Hell no on that one, they did not even want to talk to me (I was wearing my famous slippers and a t-shirt, probably pants too). Once I finally convinced the lady on the front that I was serious, this bored indian looking guy comes to the front and tells me that I can be 12th in line for their allocation if I agree to pay 50K over MSRP. So, no, I am not getting it from PNS.
