My wife has good instincts. She was right on it. Black stripe and I'm all over it. No stripe looked way too plain. I could have stickered it up I guess. Hindsight I bought the Challenge Stradale instead so I'm happy.

i prefer the non-stripe cars myself, hard to find though.

John you should just buy the 918. When the 458 came out you posted about how your Scud let you down. In all fairness, you love having the latest and greatest, so just do it.

midnight w/o stripe would be pure class. i like tungsten or the lighter silver color. hell even with the stripe its not bad. gorgeous car.

If i had a sweet collection of Porsches already (turbos, GT's, CGT, a classic or two, new Speedster, Sport Classic) then YES YES YES. What else is there to spend your money on?

If not --- and wanted to mix it up a little, id go for about 3-4 other INSANE cars that add up to 1 Million USD.

I think Porsche messed up here, and I'm curious to see how they handle the problem. I just don't see many US buyers. Maybe China and Russia can save that deal. They stepped out of their business plan with the price. Bad idea.
