You're missing the point. You're taking 'down sizing' literally. LOOK (use your eyes) to read his signature. What cars has he owned?

Buying history says a LOT about what they're REALLY going to enjoy. It's a prediction to behavior. That's the point I'm trying to make.

Back to the OP; the Exige will get old quicker then you can pick up the phone to call the dealer back and say "Uhm, ya..........I think I made a mistake...LOL"

Exige isnt just going 'sparten'; it'll go from 'neat' to 'annoying' very quick. Too loud to hear yourself (or your passenger at that..) speak or think. Sounds to me like you're bored with Porsche for the moment. How many miles a day do you drive it? Week? How much time will you spend in the car?

He will hate the Loti very quickly. I don't think it matters though after reading his signature. If I read it correctly he's had 2 GT3RS's...Cuz one wasn't enough or he bores quickly of color. So this Lotus won't be around long anyway.

I still stick to the thought week 2 you will hate it and will have wasted the 10% you will lose that week in purchase price if not more.

I just can't see the Lotus as a DD.

I know that they have done a lot to give them creature comforts.

But I see it more as purely a track machine - which would pale in comparison to your GT3RS.

You would still need a strong DD.

There is no better DD than a Turbo IMHO.

He should just get a Veyron and be done with it. That'll downsize nicely.

Just leave it to those who know what the hell we're talking about and keep the insults for another thread.

Don't do it. If you insist on downsizing, spec a Cayman R exactly how you want and drive it hard.
