Don't forget those who get bored easily and are always looking for the BBD. Bet there's a lot of those.

I would not disagree Jamie. But this is a very entertaining car. Have to be emotionally crippled to not enjoy driving it.

And for the same money as the RS you would have to be mental to not get one instead.
Lol...I have been on the 12C "list" for approx 1.5 years. While I was fully aroused for it for quite a while, I have since grown ambivalent. Surely it is a very fine car with superb engineering and if given the chance would love to drive one. But I question if it is a clinical driving experience like a GT-R for example?

Time will tell and we shall see. Plenty of room in the automotive world for two "driver's" cars. I hope the 12C is a masterpiece.

But I have absolutely no regrets on taking delivery of the 2RS. A wholly rewarding and visceral driving experience that few cars in the world can come close to.

Some of us are getting both.

FYI, when you get done with rocket science later today, remember this is a Porsche Forum.

I have to agree with savyboy. Although the 12C is not out yet, based on what has been revealed so far suggests that it is going to be a very different car from the GT2RS. I can almost guarantee that the 12C will not have anywhere near the same amount of driver involvement or feeling that the GT2RS has. Not that that makes the 12C a bad car AT ALL! I'm just saying i don't think i would really put the 2 cars in the same category.
(BTW I would take the GT2RS over the 12C any day!!!!)

I'm guessing you returned your RS then?

EDIT: That is not a "friendly" kick
