Did I just hit the 100th page! Hahaha
Some of us are impulsive buyers, I know I'm one... How many of you will totally loose interest in ordering, if this thing ain't announced on the 7th? I'm itching to order my 3rd and last 997 (my current GT3 will not be my last one)... If this thing ain't announced soon, I'm tempted to relive my '89 fantasy and order a red turbo cab with the exclusive Fuchs wheels in black (manual of course)...

Latest from my opc is that there will be no news on the 7th April, info from Porsche GB says news towards the end of the month possible

I think the most important thing is having an allocation granted...
Sooner or later this car will be delivered and I am ready to wait as long as it takes...

If the car turns out to be a GT3RS with GT2RS goodies, and NO RSR goodies, I'd be hugely disappointed... I am interested in 500bhp, but could care less about two tone interiors, CF body parts, etc... In fact I'm not sure I'd go for one in that case... The more this car is delayed, the higher the expectation, and the greater the chances of disappointment...

I hope and think Porsche will not make the same mistake twice (gt2rs)...
If it turns out to be "only" a GT3 RS with a 4L engine I will be happy anyway: I LOVED my 3.8 white/red and since I sold it I have missed it very much!!
My firend wich claims to have seen a pre-production car very similar to a RSR is someone very well placed in the Italian Importer and I am confident on what he says...
I have had my allocation confirmed so I am going to go for one anyway!!
Of course, as you say, an RSR-like would be the best...

some new data about Limited Edition,there will be 9000 rpm,500hp, a litle bit wider then the ordinary RS,beginning of production in June, weight 1360kg, price in Slovenia 230.000 eur, but this is Slovenia, taxes and all that sh...
