diffrrence between GT2 & GT3

I sorry if this question comes are a stupid one, but I figured you guys were the right people to ask.

How is it that the GT2RS is much faster than the GT3 RS? Isn't the GT3 better and newer than the GT2?

GT2RS = twin turbos, RWD
GT3RS = NA, RWD

GT2 is actually 'newer', although that has nothing to do with why it's faster. conclusion: GT2RS much faster

Thanks for the explanation. Personally I prefer the GT3. The Intakes on the GT2 seem to me out of place and breaks the body line. but that just my opinion.

Come on guys. Did you all know everything about cars from day 1? My guess is the majority of the 500 RS's will go to wealthy people that don't have a clue about the car.

^^ That is true. I remember reading a story (from an RS owner on the team), that went to a PCA trackday in an RS, was cut off by a Boxster, and then tried to find out which person in "the black miata" cut him off.

Not doggin the original question. It's the follow up reasoning about not liking the GT2.
