I think it is b/c he changed it to cf. You should be able to get it with the std alcantara shifter or the all aluminum one.

It is still stupid of Porsche that you can have yelow stitched EVERYTHING including air vents and even the little square cubby behind the console...yet the screw up the brake & shifter. There is ZERO reason that should be an option, they do it all by hand & no one would actually want it that way.
