W222 Mercedes S class Spy Pics

The interior is an absolutely masterpiece. More maybach than S-Class, very nice. Unfortunately the exterior is so ugly, but hope the AMG version will give it more character and aggressiveness.
The steering wheel reminds me of oldtimers from 50-60's. So much class, fits absolutely perfect to the S-Class.
I wonder how much it will weight with full options, 2.300-2.500kg for sure.

And the 2021 looks very impressive
Mercedes has started the countdown to the highly anticipated premiere of its all-new Mercedes S-Class. The event will take place on September 2 when the W223 will “redefine the automotive luxury segment with numerous innovations.” From its screen-heavy interior to the front airbag for rear passengers, we’ve already seen some of the most important changes the next generation will bring, but we’re sure the Daimler company has a few secrets left for the big debut. And the 2021 looks very impressive
The final teaser shows an attractive sketch of the new S-Class, but as with virtually all these types of images, it makes the car look sleeker than it actually will be. From the typically oversized wheels to the coupe-like roofline, some of the design details are exaggerated. The sketch does away with door handles to enable a cleaner side profile, while the front fascia has headlights unrealistically sleek considering we’ve already seen them in spy shots.

The 2021 Mercedes-Benz S Class is finally here. After an exhaustive campaign that included dozens of teaser videos and photos, and some vague details, the company has pulled the cover off its latest full-size luxury sedan at last. And there’s a lot to like.Though it may not look all that different on the outside, the flagship four-door debuts with a laundry list of new engineering and technological innovations that promise to make this icon even better. Some of the most important new features include two hybridized engine options, a massive central touchscreen with the latest MBUX infotainment setup, and more active safety technology than ever before. The S-Class also offers a special blind-spot warning for drivers exiting their vehicles, and is the first car to offer rear-seat airbags to protect second-row passengers from a head-on collision, as well as a special blind-spot warning for drivers exiting their vehicles. Also integrated into those active safety features are the new ambient lighting fixtures, which are able to reinforce warnings visually.
Another carryover to the new S-Class is the traditional PIN entry option on the driver’s side door. But joining it for 2021 Mercedes S-Class are three new identification measures to make sure your S-Class is safer than ever: fingerprint (located inside, next to the hazard light button), face, and voice recognition. And all three of those options can reportedly also be used for in-car purchases.
