I live in Chicago?

Wrong - I live in Minneapolis Gumby.

You can drive whatever you want in the snow. I prefer to drive the best vehicle for the conditions. Even if I had just one vehicle, I would not choose a RWD. There is no reason to: My X5M is quicker than (all) the cars you mentioned you owned.

Bring your various RWD vehicles to the U.P. and see how they do.

Perhaps he's having trouble with [QUOTE].

FVck it, I'm selling the X and putting snows on the GT.. I've heard RWD is just as good as an SUV.

Dammit, hate being wrong. Well Chicago, Minneapolis, Madison, midwest. My bad.

I did tow six snowmobiles from Madison up past International Falls and into Canada and back in 2001. Driving, yup an X5 4.0 Sport in a blizzard. Did quite well actually. Had snows on it thankfully.

Still think you should sell the X'er and buy a R8 and throw some snows on it.

Stoppie, now Minneapolis is an option as well. Could get Alex and HIRISC in in the mix too! Hmmm

I am not talking about the price, it is annoying having to stop for gas every other day.

A lot depends on how good you can drive.

I'd rather get in a Pagani Zonda while it's raining with my brother behind the wheel than with someone douche who can't drive, even if he would be driving a Marauder.

Maybe you can try to get some lessons like "how to drive in the snow or in a heavy rainfall" I followed a lesson like that, driving in the snow is not something easy to do, especially if you don't know how to.
They also explained a lot about tires, they really do make a difference in situations like that.

Anyway, good luck with your internet business!

Your basically harmless unless the person is from Jerzey or a valet. Or a cab driver. Or bartender. Or, aw nevermind. I could go on... Sorry for the threadjack, back to subject at hand.

Im not sure why everyone is telling me to man up, It's not like I'm wussing out and buying a tank to make sure, I'm just giving my idea of what would work best in the snow, and I maintain my A7 idea. I feel like people take things out of context quite alot, I never said "oh the snow will kill you if you don't get a 4wd car" Its really difficult to have a healthy discussion if people think you said something that you didn't say.
