Different car, that car originally came to Kuwait from the U.S with the stock wheels and then was painted over here.

Sorry for the thread revival but better late than never.... browsing Flickr I stumbled on one of Felix's pics and saw RIP Alex. Thinking WTF, I came over here and saw this! He was a colorful guy for sure, may he RIP.
