What do you guys think about this TV mount?

What do you guys think about this TV mount?

I currently have a 52", but might get the Pioneer Elite 70" when the price goes down to a more reasonable level. So I need a bracket that can be adjusted without moving the wall mount itself.

Or do these need to stay centered for proper weight distribution?
