Question Hidden Cable boxes, best remote control sensor-extenders?

Have the cable box built in to a nice piece of custom furniture in one room and was wondering if there was a good small sensor type of extender for the remote you guys would recommend other then this flying scourer below lol

You will want one of the above, there are different solutions to the 'receiver' portion, the Niles company makes an in-wall version in addition to the little table top guy. But basically you wire the exposed 'receiver' into a hub, which then has IR flashers that get stuck onto the devices you want to control in a hidden location.
