I am actually using a portable work bench as my stand, and then 2 books under the back legs to prop it up correctly. Removed the bottom cushion on the wing chair and I think I could do a 2 hour stint! Ideally, I want to move the shifter a little further forwards, so when navigating menu's I don't have to lean forward.
It's ghetto as ****, but until I get back up to the cottage to form something a little better with the TIG welder, it's the most sturdy think I can mount it too...
(pic's from when I was waiting for midnight and playing GTR).

Ok.
Now I saw the light.
The Toscana track, at night in the stock LP640.
Mind. Blown.
The sound, the way the high-beams come up, the scenery ...
Now I see it.
Very hit or miss because the Scuderia sounds like crap.

AI is just as dumb as before, just more stubborn and like magnets once nudged. Aggravating.
Driving physics feel absolutely identical to me. Identical. Actually, perhaps you can feel more of when the car settles into a line in a corner, you didn't have that in Prologue, that I recall.
Make note guys, unlike real life, stock exhaust sounds the best. Been driving my SV a bit with the stock exhaust and I'm LOVING it. Regret going for the full exhaust right away thinking "hey, it's the real simulator!". Stock exhaust.

You should. Driving is a lot easier with the wheel. I got a Logitech Driving Force GT for $55 on CL.

What's most evident to me is that the car is a lot more controllable at high speeds than in Prologue. In Prologue there would be a lot of wheel movement when you deviate from a straight line, not so with GT5.
