I have to say the Macca F1 sounds OUTRAGEOUS! Even my wife was like WTF was that after I started it (when you buy or move into a new/different car, there's a start-up noise). Then on track it was awesome. I couldn't stop laughing at the noise, how fast it was, etc. The cockpit view is EPIC - esp. from a standing start.
Just got done working out - I'll be back into it shortly, to be interrupted by that whole "Thanksgiving" thing...

I got my copy today. My first car was Civic Type R. Now i'm level 12 and I have like 400k to spend on something awesome, but I have no idea what. Any thoughts?

And at 1am, my driving sucks, I did like 5 full laps in the SLS at 7:35.5, 7:35.4, 7:35.7 ... etc. When the silver is a 7:35. *facepalm
Finally nailed it with a 7:20-something.
Nascar is kinda cool, if I'm honest. Got an insane time for the 4th intermediate class, like 10.980 when the gold was 11.100. It was soooo perfect and smooth. The 3rd class which is supposedly super hard I nailed on silver on my 2nd try. Again, smoothness is key here.

OK so yesterday, I cancelled my "Collector's Edition GT5" game from Amazon because I chose overnight shipping - which should have been released on November 23 - and I should have had delivered by Nov 24. Correct? Did anyone else order from Amazon (or another company) and get their game on the 24th via UPS, USPS?
So I went out to a store and bought the "regular" version so I could play this weekend. Will I regret this in the future? The CE offered 5 other cars, and a booklet...is the booklet any good? Are the 5 other cars playable right from the beginning? If so, wouldn't you be able to dominate the field right from the get go?
Will I be able to buy the other cars (perhaps even the stealth F1) online later on down the road?
I've never even hooked my PS3 up to the internet, and I have heard the PS3 network is "free" unlike XBox Live, is that true?
