You'll unlock a lot more challenges to beat. That's pretty much it from what I can see.
I'm really bothered about some guys that control a guy in both teams. They use Tactical Insertions to spawn at a precise position and then they just kill of himself in the other team. The killstreaks just keep rolling in and it's so lame. Should report those guys..

On the close-quarters maps I use Commando Pro + Marathon Pro + Lightweight Pro with the Vector .45 w/red dot sight. Lets me run like hell without stopping, and I can drop down on someone from any height like a deranged Batman and knife them. The Vector lets me shred them if I can't get close enough to knife.

On PS3 you can just use any (well, most) Bluetooth headsets.
I'm a little better--I bought the PS3 version since nobody plays the 360 anymore and was using the stock loadouts--they're pretty good and my K/D ratio is up a bunch.

In terms of improvements - I just switched out my assault rifle for a light machine gun and I am KICKING ASS! You always win the one-on-one battles, the bullets are a million times more powerful, there's hardly any recoil and all the attachments are the same. You don't even move around slower.
