First release 20 gig version. Got it right away, was the only one that didn't come with it. It's all black no chrome stripe either. Didn't know it at the time and when I got it I didn't care because I wanted it and they were sold out of the other ones.

The launch 20GB, like the launch 60GB, has hardware backwards compatibility for PS2, and as a result is worth a decent amount on eBay. If you don't need the backwards compatibility or Linux support, I would put the 20GB on eBay then get a Slim.
