He's Brittish man give him a break... it was hard enough for him to get used to left-hand drive while he was here you can't expect him to accomplish that and figuring out the incredibly complicated blackberry interface in the same century.
What exactly is it you can't figure out? I thought the blackberry interface was extremely easy I mean my mom and grandparents figured it out and they are completely ignorant when it comes to phones/computers, etc...
