Who does any online PC gaming?

I've done BF2142, and have been playing Combat Arms of late. Combat Arms is a ton of fun, but it is at the point that if you shoot someone, they call you a hacker... Getting old...

I'm thinking about finding something else.

Perhaps COD, or... If anyone is on BF, I'd go there.

Perhaps a TeamSpeed Clan?
For games in general.

 

COD is great if you have not played it yet Brian. I love the progression system. It is probably the best game of its type out today.

 

I'm one of those dorks that actually enjoys playing single player in that game, so I haven't played it online.

I'd just like to get online with a game where I can enjoin with people I know.

Do the console guys play in the same online domain at the PC gamer guys?

If so, I'll fire up COD. I have all of the latest FPS's.

Nah, the PC servers are not the same as the PS3 or Xbox360 servers (for COD4 at least).

I used to do a ton of PC gaming, (Tom Clancy Raven Shield, etc.) but ever since getting the PS3, my PC stuff is Flight Simulator X only.

Get on CoD4 mang. You will not regret it!

 

Yeah, COD 4 is awesome. If you like military style shooters, you will really like this game.

 

I don't as I have a Mac (the exception will be StarCraft II), but that new service OnLive where you can play PC games on your console or PC through cloud computing looks awesome.

 

Their have been a few XBOX 360 games that you could combine PC and console online. Wasn't the PC version of GOW like that??

 

I ashamed to tell you but years ago I played World Of Warcraft alot. And by alot i mean _ALOT_. I do not play any games online now, or any games at all on PC, since I'm afraid I'll get stuck at it again

 

Believe it or not, I used to have the same problem with posting on Internet forums.

Oh wait . . .

 

I'm not much of a stretch when it comes to my hobby's... I'm an old Army guy who got to play with a lot of weapons while. My taste in video games hasn't strayed much either...

Ya know... I only have COD 2, not COD 4... hmmm... must fix that right now...
