F150 is only the internal code, the name isn't known yet. The Enzo was the 'F140', the F50 was codenamed 'F130' and the F40 was the 'F120'. This car won't be called F150 or F70.
If you search in Google for that codenames you will se images like this ones:



And this explains why the 'F70' name isn't an option:
1987, Ferrari F40, Ferrari's 40th anniversary.
1995, Ferrari F50, released 2 years before the 50th anniversary.
1997, Ferrari's 50th anniversary.
2002, Ferrari Enzo, this name does not celebrate any anniversary.
2007, Ferrari's 60th anniversary. The only car that celebrates this year was the 612 Scaglieti Sessanta.
2013, Ferrari 'F150', the F70 name isn't very probably.

True, but also note that it hasn't got any camouflage, it has a fake bodywork. I think that it's the same case with th F150 project.
