Thanks for the review Jamie. I obviously have no first hand experience of my own, but I'm starting to get the hint that the F40 ownership experience is a lot like good wine in that the F40 only gets better with time.

In any case, enjoy it and please continue to share your passion for incredible automobiles that most of us can only dream of.

Hearing that review makes me love the car even more! This isn't for some schlepping around, this is for when you want to go out and just put some miles under your belt. And it is drop dead gorgeous. I can definitely see this as a Sunday morning, wake up, and go blast along the water, go back home, then go out shopping with the wifey in the 16M.

Thanks for sharing with us ! Is the boost cut issue normal? Also how often are those IHI turbochargers changed?

It's always cool to read first hand impressions and experiences, especially when it's CGT and F40!

ok outside looking in why keep it? you spent 3/4's of the thread not impressed and you are a happy with it's 40-130 runs. so you like the look.

if you were married to a super model but she was a Bitch would you still stay married? life is too short to be even a little unhappy.

nice write up but if you are uncomfortable to start ask yourself how many times are you really going to grab the keys in front of the others in your garage.

Good point. But at 4200 miles in 18 years, I'll prolly end up driving it more than any previous owner anyway.

Thanks J, will you ever take it out for a few laps? That's where it belongs IMO.
