I have to say F40. It's not the fastest of the group, but its the one I'd want in my collection. I road in an F50 when I was about twelve and I will never as long as I live forget that experience, so good choice Alex. 288 GTO is the car I had on my wall as a very young kid and for a while was my favorite, however, I doubt the 'experience' could compare to any of the others in the list. In my mind the Enzo doesn't factor b/c its seems like a pipe dream car and being something of a realist I can't really consider it.

F40 no doubt. It appears to me to have the best of both worlds - straightline speed and nimble enough to toss around a track - without sissyfying either. I've lusted after it for decades too.

I agree with that but that makes for me the 288GTO the quintessential Ferrari.
