I have nothing but respect for all of the cars, but the Enzo is the Enzo.

I disagree... I think even Ferrari would agree that the Enzo is severely more function than it is form. The design is revolutionary from an aerodynamic standpoint, but not from a style standpoint.

Look at this car 10 years from now and it will be like the F50 is now, looks weird but you can understand where it was coming from.

The only one not in my top 5 cars to own is the F50. The other three? I want 'em all. Price no object, I'd probably take the Enzo. Particularly as a driver. But to me the 288 is the most beautiful of the group, and the F40 is the real keeper, and the one I am most likely to own someday (if any). I have a friend who has all four cars, in red, and drives the shit out of all four (along with some other cars). That's living . . .

LoL- I was all about that movie when I heard it was coming out (naturally, because it was full of exotics). Got the DVD, boy it is horrible.

This is what he has to say about the Enzo:

F40 hands down. The 288 GTO is a very close 2nd...

+1 to this !

Wouldn't turn any of them down, but the Enzo era cars have a unique rawness to them without compromising their beauty.

The F50 is a great car, only comes alive after 4500 rpms....personally, I like its styling.

Enzo is a spaceship in appearance and has great performance to match. The Enzo makes a dramatic appearance wherever it goes and the V12 in the back is perfect.

But in the end, the F40's combination of raw aggression, sick lines, and minimalist build make it the winner for me (I'm a bit biased ) Would I trade the F40 for or towards any of the others ? No.

The 288GTO is sensual in its lines...that car looks beautiful from any angle.

This is an age old argument though...fact is anyone would be thrilled with any of the four methinks.
