Another advice,

Is to drive the car for a scenic route/long route and then drive it back to home, Or you can go out have fun and park somewhere you can see it right in front of you ie cafe, restaurant etc.

Same thing happend to our E91 a while back ago, but it was nothing compared to what happend to a friends E91, somebody took a key and created a big comunist/sovjet symbol on the hood. Some people..

I hope that the cost of repair will be small. I hate this kind of behaviour, people have no respect to the work of others. Best of luck with fixing it!

Does your fingernail catch it? If yes, changes are it can be improved but not removed without wetsanding, which is paint thickness dependent.

Someone backed into my Panny and scratched the clear coat. 99% of it buffed out.

Then someone hit it full on and it required body shop. I'm not sure about Ferrari, but Porsche sent paint and it was only $330 for labor and supplies.

It's upsetting, but try not to sweat it. It can be fixed.
