I have said that the roof construction on this pic is strange before the news about convertible came out. Some rumors suggest now that the convertible version is going to have GTO specs, not sure if it really so, but still.

I love the 599, it's one of (if not) my favorite current Ferrari, but I don't think they should come out with a convertible version. There would be no real place for the California once this comes out beside the whole "entry level Ferrari".

 

V12 convertible is totally different world comparing with California. 599 Convertible will be produced in very limited numbers and offered at healthy premium over 599 GTB to the repeat F-customers. BTW I am really waiting for this car, it should be a really great car.
