599 Market

How does everyone see the 2008 599 market.
- Is the market still strong?
- What are cars actually selling for?

Thanks

Havent kept up with it, but checked Ebay recently, there was at least 7 listed on there for approximately $300-350K.

Its a great car, but my bet is, like all V12 front engined Ferraris, the value will drop significantly.

599's with 1-2k miles still going above msrp, if not VERY close to mrsp in the Retail Market
Wholesale rumor is some have sold for 260k, but for some reason i have a hard time believing they dropped that low.

The secondary market for late model Ferraris is softening significantly. Just look at the deals being offered on this forum. Sometimes up to $60K less for an '08 F430 than 6 months ago. Wait a while and it will get even softer.

There are a lot of Goldman-Sachs executives who can't afford the maintenance any longer.

We sold a 599 a few months ago for $360,000. I know that's not a very good indicator considering how much of a turn the economy has taken since then, but......
