Helped a friend detail his new 2008 BMW M3

Here is my friends '08 M3 today a real looker. We detailed it together today and it was a lot of fun!

We used these products today:

Wash with Meguiar's Shampoo
Clean wheels with Meguiars APC+
Claybar with Prima Slick and Meguiars Blue Grade Clay
1 Coat of Prima Epic Sealant
1 Coat of Meguiars #7 Show Car Glaze
Windows Cleaned with Prima Clarity
Tires Dressed with Meguiars Hyper Dressing

I think it is Gray Sapphire Metallic.


However, for some reason, it looked blue in some of my pictures. It doesn't have the slightest blue hue in person though.

I think I might have over-corrected the white balance on the camera giving it the blue hue.

Good work...I like your pictures and the different effects. Have you tried Meguiar's All-Season dressing for tires? It works better than Hyper in my opinion. Gives a more clean and satin-sheen look.

Nice detail job man, the car looks awesome.

BTW- was this a "I'll detail your car if you let me drive it" type deal?
