Ferrari 16M Finish Restoration Detail Auto Concierge & Car Connoisseur
Recently completed exterior correction of this beautiful Ferrari 16M, just like a 16M I did a couple of years ago for the CEO of Monster Cable this Ferrari also had factory defects which were obscuring the potential of this incredible sportscar.
As the car looked before Daniel and I carried out the wash/decon steps.
Trunklid looking less than it's best.
Onto the corrective work, Daniel and I working late into the evening on day one.
Rear bumper had plenty of defects to level.
Carbon rocker was in hurting condition.
M101 with cutting disc on the first step of this 50/50 pic.
Water spot etch and other nasty defects on rear carbon diffuser.
Daniel "Laying down on the job", he would correct all underside panels which were in bad shape.
Rear diffuser after first corrective step.
Factory sand scratches left behind under passenger marker light.
Corrected finish.
More sand scratches to contend with.
Sand scratches right up to the very edge.
Working the tight areas.
Defects on trunklid drivers side.
Thank you Ferrari SPA for keeping correction detailers busy................ with stuff like this.
Deep holograms.
Paint depth gage/DeWalt with a twisted wool pad...................... defects were going down.
