No one is questioning YOUR integrity. I simple stated a fact about OUR business; that it has a INTEGRITY issue. Are you denying that claim?

And regardless if I hurt your feelings what I said still rings true. Total value/ percieved value and the deal is a whole/encompassing statement. Not just the actual nuts and bolts of the deal.

And there is nothing I'd say in PM to you that I wouldnt put out here. I've nothing to hide.

Honestly,
I could care less what the invoice on a car,a watch or a can of soda is...
What matters to me is what I have to pay for it at the end of the day.
If the price is ok for me and the seller makes a good profit with the deal,great for him....if he loses money on that deal - less good for him but uninteresting to me.

 

It is useful to know the invoice price during negotiations on cars. Clearly the market determines price but knowledge is power in these situations.

 

Keep in mind if you've already ordered a car with a signed purchase and sale agreement and deposit, the negotiating is pretty much moot.
