I know it may not appear as more than what you stated, but believe me, this is anything BUT a Boxster Spyder with a wing across the back. The only thing that was a direct cut-paste are the reflectors on either side of the license plate. Everything else was done from scratch. The Spyder humps, though similar to the Spyder's have absolutely nothing in common. Also, check out the 918 Spyder, and you'll find the inspiration for the vents on the rear. And check out the fenders, they are much taller, and are boxed out like on the 918 Spyder. And you have no idea how hard it was to find the right fitting for these tail lights. This rendering took me a very long time, and its about 65 or so layers total. BTW, this rendering was created before the 991 was even out. The tail lights are made from complete scratch.


And while I agree the final product probably won't resemble this rendering in any way, before I set out to make it, I decided since there is absolutely no speculation about the design, why don't I just have fun with this one?
