Cayman S transformation coming
#41
FWIW, slotted will last 2x longer under track conditions. When I replace my rotors, it's not because they are worn out, but because of the long cracks that form between the drilled holes, causing the rotors to become unstable.
slotted >> drilled.
slotted >> drilled.

OK Boys... here is an update!! After seeing how much all the parts have cost me so far and with big ideas for the interior I have decided to leave the 06 I bought as my dedicated track car. I felt putting so much money into a car with 30K on the clock seemed stupid.... so my solution was to hunt down a low milage newer car. I found an 08 left over brand new for less than I have in parts so far so I jumped all over it... so this will be the car Ethan and I will be building... I will have some pictures next week of the start of the project. The project car will start out as an 08 Cayman S with an MSRP of $67K meteor gray.

That means that you will have 2 CaymanS, a C4Scab, a TurboS, a GT3-RS and I read somewhere that you have also the 2011 Boxster Spyder on order? If yes you need a CGT and a 993 Turbo.... Congrats to your stable and good luck with your coming projects.

Well Josef... I think Ethan alluded to it in his post...I just picked a CGT yesterday... a 2005 with 1806 miles, the car is dead mint!! I will get some pictures up soon.

Do you still have both Lambos? Which one do you like more?
