That story still doesn't explain whether the owner is completely blind or just bat-shit crazy. What a horrid, horrid car.

Well his other cars are pretty nice so I'm gonna say he's batshit crazy. He seems to have a rare condition that makes him have violent hallucinations when he looks at phantoms

WTF?! They took a perfectly good, luxurious Rolls-Royce, and made it look, well, like crap. Who would spent the money, or the time on such a horrendous job?! That car should not be on here, it should be on somewhere such as FailBlog.
